How Does Rubber Wiper Seal and Bulb for RV Slide Out Install

Question:

Looking for assistance to replace the slide out rubber seals on the sides of the slide out of a 2019 North Trail 22CBR model. 1st, how are these installed? Do they slide in a channel or how are the factory pieces attached? Second, do you have a part number / source that will provide the correct pieces? Am I better off to purchase a type that covers the joint space and applies to the exterior frame surface with the 3M sticky tape? These appear to be pretty easy and applicable to a wide variety of situations. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

The Rubber Wiper Seal and Bulb for RV Slide Out # SR98FR that you referenced installs with an adhesive backing that attaches to the RV frame that surrounds the slide out. There are quite a few different setups and ways it can install though so basically you are going to have to look at your setup and determine what you have to figure out out it would need to get removed and what would be the style you'd need to replace it with. All of our options are a stick-on style of install meaning they install using adhesive.
