Yes, we do have a hitch for a 2023 Ford Ranger. It is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e63ZR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ranger with included hardware.

I really like the etrailer hitch because it has a matte black powder coat finish which not only offers better rust protection but it helps the hitch blend in below your bumper and trim.

This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. This towing capacity can be increased to 8,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56431 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
