Does this hitch fit the 2021 Ford ranger tremor? The spare is 2inches larger than the stock ranger.

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63ZR will fit your 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor. I have included an image sent in with a review showing the Curt # C13417 which is identical in construction to ours with the larger spare tire used on the Tremor.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56431 will provide you with a 7-way connector which you can mount using a Bracket # C67UR. If you need it to tow a smaller trailer you will need an Adapter # PK12716.
