For your 2020 Jeep Gladiator with the factory tow package you will only need the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # RED93RR to attach the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR. This harness will have 2 connectors, one for the Jeep side and one for the Redarc.
The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller for Tekonsha Harness # RED63RR that you found does require the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter # 3073-P so you will have 2 different adapters to connect the controller making for a greater risk of issues down the road having the additional adapter.
