Question:

I have a 2020 MB Sprinter 2500 with the step bumper that came from the factory. Will this hitch fit and can I use it for towing a small trailer? Thank you!

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e82TR will fit your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with the factory step bumper. I actually like this because it has a matte black finish as opposed to the other options that have a glossy black finish. The matte black blends in a little better and is more durable so it's an all around plus with this hitch installed.

To tow a trailer you also need the Wiring Kit # TK82VR and then swap out the 7-Way with the Hopkins Adapter # 30955 so you have a 4-Way connector to match the trailer.

Then to complete your towing system you need a ball mount. I've attached out selection of ball mounts as well as a link to a helpful article you can check out to make sure you get the right one for your towing setup.
