Question:

The Curtis hitch and your hitch look like the same hitch. What's the difference? Needing it for a bike rack on my 2023 Palisade.

The difference between the Curt Hitch # C13427 and etrailer Hitch # e95ZR for your 2023 Hyundai Palisade is that the Curt has a classic glossy black powder coat while the etrailer option has a matte black powder coat which is a little more subtle but definitely more durable. Aside from that the physical dimensions and installation of the hitches are exactly the same. Because of this I recommend going with the etrailer hitch over the Curt.

If you don't already have a bike rack then I recommend the Kuat Piston Pro X # KU98VR which is an easy-to-use platform bike rack compatible with bikes that weigh up to 67 lbs and have 5" wide tires so basically as long as the bike doesn't have bike fenders this rack can handle anything!
