Question:
I recently lost the little cover on my tire. I am told I need a new center cap for my hub. Have truly no clue. And it was suggested I get that part from you. How should i measure for the right size?

If you're looking for a new center cap then all you'll need to do is measure the pilot hole size on the wheel. This should be done with a dial caliper to ensure accuracy. The Trailer Wheel Center Cap, Chrome part # 319EZ for example fits a pilot opening of 3.19". I have attached a full list of options for you if you have a different size opening.

Hello Conner. I purchased a 3.19 in diameter cap, but it did not fit my 15 in wheel. I have a white spoked 15 in spare and it fit that just fine. But upon inserting it into one of my four trailer wheels, it was too large and would only pass about a third of its height into the wheel from the back side before jamming up. I believe it is because of the trim on the side of the wheel hub facing outward. The hub diameter h=measures the 3.19 with a caliper, but you can't get a very good reading on the outer side of the center hole. I wrote Primo Trailer (our unit is an 18 ft utility (UTV/ATV) trailer. I have pictures but I don't see a way to attach them herein. They suggested I try a 3.09. Do you guys sell those? Your expert answer would be greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Bob

I have a Primo 18 ft trailer with 15 in tires. Its twin axle. We managed to dent on of the hub caps and need a replacement. I'm trying to find a set of 4 which have a removable plug on top that will allow greasing without pulling the wheel. I measured the tire hub opening at about 3.05 to 3.09 in. This is a straight cylinder with no taper to it. I bought a cap from you to try one out, but it did not fit, as it was slightly larger, probably 3.19 or so. Can you tell me if this makes sense and if you have a cap that will fit? Thanks! Bob Wilkinson Safford AZ
