For your application you need the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K to replace the Tru-Ryde RVD-H-545 trailer hub/drum assembly.

This is designed for the industry standard #84 spindle so it uses inner bearing L68149, outer bearing L44649, and a grease seal with a 1.719" ID and 2.565" OD. You can check these specs against what you have if you want to double check on your end.
