Features to Know About

Reliable Power With a Permanent Mount

This 10,000 lb hydraulic jack welds directly to your trailer frame for a stable, rock-solid connection. The raw steel mounting surface is ready to weld, ensuring a clean, secure bond with no extra prep required. With 26" of lift and a swivel foot for added stability, its built to handle serious weight with consistent control.

Long-Lasting, Low-Maintenance Performance

This jack is built for twice the cycle life of traditional models. The sealed, leak-free design delivers dependable lifting power with very little upkeep, so you can spend less time on maintenance and more time on the move.

Smoother Operation, Built-In Durability

Glide bearings reduce steel-on-steel contact, minimizing wear and keeping the lift motion smooth over time. That means a quieter, more efficient jack that stays reliable through repeated use.

Upset that I had to pay an additional 250.00 for two longer hoses and one shorter hose. The two short hoses from the pump to the transfer valve should have been the same size. One was 6 inches longer.
The long hoses from the jack are way to short.
Also the packaging was terrible. Box was all ripped up and taped. Lots of scratches.

by:

Jack extremes no problem but does not retract up. Sellers has no clear instruction on installation.

by:

Works good

by:

Packaging was all ripped open haven’t installed yet

by:

product it self is good, jack is quality, controls and hoses are high quality the dumb part is no instructions or labeling on the control valve- so its trial and error for hose installation. jack mount is odd pattern so you will be fabricating in some way to mount it-

by:

Very heavy duty a lot more than I expec ted

by:

Great place to buy your equipment needs, thanks

by:

This rating is based on the product description. I can’t install it due to some extremely short hoses. While shopping I assumed the “39 in.” vs the 48 in. meant the hose length and it does. For the long hose anyhow. The short hoses are so short they limit the positioning of the transfer switch. If I put the switch close enough to use the short hoses, then the long hoses are too short. None of this hose length is shown in the product details. Now I have to get custom hoses made. I would seriously consider ordering without hoses as these hoses are stiff and positioning and placement make it difficult without custom sizing.

by:

Have not installed it yet but appears to be very heavy duty built. Cant wait to use it.

by:

The most difficult part was removing the old mechanical welded in jack. Wound up using a combo of a cutting wheel and a plasma torch. One the new jack was in position, I welded it complete, painted the area, hole sawed two 1" holes in the pump storage box, installed grommets and completed the plumbing. Bleed the jack per the instructions I found online and it worked like a champ afterwards. My only complaint would be that there were no instructions what so ever but was able to locate them online with Stillwell, the manufacturer.

by:

I didn’t know the bolt holes were not going to line up with my trailer holes….. other than that it was fine to install

  • Can Stand Alone Single Acting Hydraulic Pump Be Used For Stillwell Hydraulic Trailer Jack?
Hey Sean, yes you can definitely use a stand alone system like a single-acting hydraulic pump to power a hydraulic trailer jack like the single action Stillwell lineup we just started carrying. For the Stillwell Atlas IV 10K Hydraulic Trailer Jack w/ Connection Kit for Dump Trailers - 39" # ST67VR you were looking at, you can use 3,000-psi Hydraulic Pump for Stillwell Jacks # ST93FR. This has an inlet line port, and an outlet line port for the jack. It works by supplying pressure to raise...

Both of these jacks work with the 3,000-psi Hydraulic Pump for Stillwell Jacks item # ST93FR. What kind of gooseneck trailer do you have?

  • How Does The Atlas IV Hydraulic Trailer Jack ST23FR Retract Completely?
Hey Jerry, thanks for reaching out. The Atlas IV Hydraulic Trailer Jack # ST23FR is a single-acting hydraulic jack, so hydraulic pressure is only used to extend the cylinder. Once the trailer is coupled and the tongue weight is off the jack, the hydraulic pressure is released and compressed air is applied to the opposite side of the piston to fully retract the jack. It doesn't rely on springs or the trailer's weight to pull the cylinder back in. So even after the foot lifts off the ground...

  • Is There a Hardware Kit for the Bolt On Atlas IV Double-Acting 10k Hydraulic Trailer Jack
Hey Luis, welcome back! The Atlas IV Double-Acting Hydraulic Trailer Jack item # ST73FR does not have a specific hardware kit available for it. You'll need a total of eight Grade 8, 1/2" diameter bolts to complete the installation. The length of the bolts is going to depend on how thick your trailer's frame is so you'll need to measure that and add 3/8" for the bracket thickness. 1/2-20 fine thread grade 8 bolts need 80 – 90 ft-lbs of torque. I attached a dimensional diagram with the...
