Kyle, thank you for your prompt reply. Have an added question. If I wanted to charge my Lithium battery through my tow vehicle battery, what changes would I need to make to do this? Thanks again for your prompt assistance.

Your trailer battery will receive a maintenance charge, but will not charge up when towing with your 2022 Honda Pilot and plugged into the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118286.
So if you're okay with just a maintenance charge and not fully charging the battery when driving, then all you need is the aforementioned 7-way. But since you don't want to charge the battery from your Honda, the only way to do so is with a wall charger such as the OptiMate 2 DUO Smart Battery Charger - AC to DC # MA27JR.
