Recommended Tools for Repacking Trailer Bearings

First timer doing my own bearings job. What tools do I need to purchase to best work with my ordered kit from etrailer ? Thank you

Expert Reply:
The typical tools for repacking bearings are a seal puller, bearing packer, and grease gun. I recommend the following:
-Seal Puller # PTW1219
-LubriMatic Deluxe Bearing Packer # L70025
or
-Powerbuilt Deluxe Bearing Packer # ALL647646
-LubriMatic Professional Pistol Grease Gun # L30416
If you need grease I recommend the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390. This is a lithium complex so you will need to make sure that the new grease is compatible with the old grease or remove the old grease completely. If they are incompatible they can break each other down. See the table below.
