Yes, The Timbren Spacer # T68MR will work with The Timbren Suspension Enhancement # TGMRTT35D on your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 per the manufacturer. The kit already comes with (2) one inch spacers in the package. You can use up to 1 inch more on the Timbren system if you use more then one inch the kit could bend.
