Question:
2011 Chevy hhr lt I measured my cables, they measure 67. Do I replace them with 64inch or 68inch cables, or have I measured improperly?

Expert Reply:
Since your original safety cables are 67 inches, I recommend The Roadmaster EZ Hook Safety Cables # RM-655-68.
These cables are designed to work with all Roadmaster mounting brackets with quick-disconnects. The safety cables are aircraft type, galvanized steel with a drop-forged steel hook with spring loaded latches. The Roadmaster EZ Hook Safety Cables # RM-655-64 would be to short.
