Troubleshooting Curt Echo Not Switching to Solid Green Light

Question:
When I Open the app there is a blinking blue light on the controller then when I tap on my profile it goes to study blue but will not go to green. Please help

Since the light flashes blue and then turns solid blue that means the # C51180 brake controller is pairing with your phone. The light will turn green when the trailer is connected. If the trailer is not connected, that is the issue. If the trailer is connected and the light is not green then it is an issue with the connection.
The first thing you want to do is make sure the connection is secure. If the 7-way is not fully seated in the Echo then it won't detect the trailer. Assuming it is, I would go ahead and inspect the 7-way on the trailer side. Make sure there is no dirt or debris and clean as needed.
