Question:
I purchase the short arm assembly from etrailer now I need the lock and key cylinder to lock it and can I make all the knobs using the same key like it was when I purchase the Thule easyfold xt bike rack.

We do have replacement lock cores that you can use for the Thule EasyFold XT Short Arm Assembly # 7525491002 you purchased. If you want to match it with your current lock cores on your EasyFold XT # TH903202 then I'd need to know the lock core number (printed on the face of the core or on the side of the body itself) to get you the correct one that matches what you currently have.
If you don't see the number on the face of the core then you can use the Universal Change Key # 853-1251 to remove the lock to find this number (when the core is in the unlocked position), or you can get a whole new lock core set with part # TH450400 which comes with 4 lock cores, 2 keys, and 1 universal change key.

I just purchased the long arm and short arm assembly for my thule easyfold ebike rack from you. But i did know know that it did not come with lock and keys. Since I am replacing my existing short and long arm assemblies is there a way I can reuse the existing locks (especially since the lock on the trailer hitch is also the same key number. existing key number is N249. What are my options? Thanks Gary Davis
