I need a wheel hub with 4” bolt pattern with 4 lugs and an 1 1/4” inner and a 7/8” outer spindle the id of the outer bearing is .8656

I have a recommendation as we do not have any hubs that will use the bearing combination you have. I recommend replacing your spindles with the BTR E-Z Lube Spindle # TRU27FR. This will upgrade you to a more commonly found spindle size that use the same Inner and Outer Bearing # L44649. You will be able to use the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-440-2-EZ-2K. Since the spindle and hub are easy lube you will be able to fill the hub with Grease # L11465 and a Grease Gun # L30416.
The spindle will also allow you to use Electric Brakes # AKEBRK-2 with the Hub and Drum # 8-173-16UC3-EZ if your local laws require your trailer to have brakes based on its weight.
