I am looking for a base plate that will fit a Roadmaster Blackhawk Tow Bar to fit on a 2011 Jeep Liberty. Can You Help?

The Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 Tow Bar # RM-422 has the quick-disconnects on the arms so I recommend using the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519222 along with the Adapters # e98983 so you can connect the tow bar directly up to the base plate kit.
There is a Roadmaster base plate kit but it also requires an adapter for the arms on the BlackHawk 2 but the adapter from Roadmaster is much more bulky. Using the Demco kit with adapters retains that simple connection that the BlackHawk was designed to use.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
