Recommended Roof Rack and Platform Tray for 2010 Chevy Express Van  

I am looking for a way to fit more things on the roof of my Chevy Express van. I have two 100w solar panels and two vent fans 8 inch dia from Maxx air. I want to put a black RV water tank you have online on top to heat water in the sun, what basket or racking system will safely holding the tank in place? I think I like the Rhino vortex gutter roof racks due to all the available accessories but can be easily persuaded to a different system. It looks like the Rhino Pioneer rack is an option with the Rhino vortex. Not sure how I would mount the tank without corner brackets.
