Hey everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby. And today we're taking a look at the Rhino Rack Cargo Brackets for your Rhino Rack Pioneer Roof Rack System. So how these guys work are gonna give you, a four corner system for a variety of your cargo needs. What I really like about 'em, allows us to kinda swap this around however we need on our rack.
There are a lot of accessories available for the pioneer system. So it's gonna be great that we can go ahead and move that around all the various accessories we might have on our rack and, start securing our cargo here very effectively. You might notice on the sides there, we do have our little eye holes that are holding us down creating tie off points for ourself, which is great. So our box is locked and loaded in here. It's going nowhere.
Now we are also utilizing, the rhino rack cam buckle straps here just to give us a little pressure here making sure our cargo's going nowhere. What I really do like is how this system works. Let's go ahead and take a closer look. So obviously we do have our cam buckle system here. We're gonna have to release those.
Those are pretty easy to do, just by walking that out. Now, we do have quite a little extra strap here today. But I really do like how that system works, makes it a lot easier to go ahead and start securing these. I'm gonna leave this in for now. I think I'm gonna have to actually turn these guys 'cause when I got it in, headed a little bit of a different angle, there we go.
Now I should have the room to get these out. Just like so. So that's actually how this system works, right Our tie points are also what's securing our brackets in here. Now, the one thing I'll say, you might wanna bring something like a screwdriver with you. 'Cause what I like to do, is really cinch these down. Otherwise, your brackets can still be a little loose. But all we have to do, is back these off. And what that allows us, we can either shift this across of course, or, I can even remove it completely. I'm backing this guy off, taking out my washer. And then I can move that bracket to wherever I need on the entirety of it, right So it's really up to us and our own needs at home, of how we have to set this up. And that quick connect system is just excellent. You can see how fast and easy it is to walk out, get it in place, and start setting up our brackets wherever where we need them to be. So the one thing to keep in mind, it can just take you a few little tries to actually get your set up right. And that's gonna be dependent on what kind of tote or cooler you have. Let's go ahead and see how long it'll take me to swap from this, to a different cooler. So I did just wanna show how easy this is to move. Now, one thing I'll say, I really like to secure these like I said, with a screw driver or some kind of other element to really tighten it. Otherwise, your bracket's pretty loose. You can see here today though, it is solid. I love how I can get it that way. That being said, it is gonna require me to utilize another tool. Now those galvanized eye holes are great though. Gonna be resisting any kind of corrosion and still holding up quite well for years to come, which was awesome. But yeah, all I gotta do, back this off just enough. You can see I've put up my cooler now, which is a little bit of a different shape. I do have my other brackets in place already but I wanted to show just how easy this is to do, right So now I got my bracket outta my hand. I can take this bottom, I hold it, swap it over to my other side, cinch it in get that bracket set how I need to, my washer falls in, and my eye hole follows, just gotta tighten this up. And I really do like how that works. Again, pushing against your load is helpful. That way you can secure it. And now that we're close, that's pretty much as much hand tighten as I get. You can see, it is just a little loose in that position. That's why I always suggest just to tighten it up just a little bit more that way it is secure all the way. That is pretty helpful. Getting that bolt to where you can actually get that S-hook in is really nice, but there we are, nice and solid. Now all I have to do of course, is run up my other cam buckle to secure my load. Love how quick and easy that is to do. Well, now that we've seen how they work, let's just talk about 'em a little bit more. They are gonna be made up with durable aluminum with a black powder coat finish on them which you'd love to see, to make sure they are resistant to any kind of corrosion. Now, with any black powder coat, it's gonna be up to us to maintain it. If you do find yourself utilizing any kind of metal hooks on here, and scraping the sides, or your load itself is metallic, you could see a little degradation there on that black powder coat. However, again, that aluminum construction underneath gonna make sure we're not too worried about any kind of corrosion, which is excellent. And it also is gonna have an 88 pound weight capacity. To that end, I don't think too many of us are gonna have that much issue securing our loads with this guy. But yeah, I really do like how this system works. I think it looks pretty clean doing it. And I just love that we have the ability to accommodate almost any of our cargo needs across the variety of pioneer racks out there. And to that end, you guys are wondering about the pioneer system. Highly recommend actually using our fit guide here at etrailer.com. That way you're getting the right size for you and yourself at home. Well, overall, I really do like how this system works. In my mind, the modularity or the ease, of moving this around is really what the big point with these guys is. However, I love how solid these are. You can see even half of a bracket isn't being supported by a plank sheer and yet it's solid. So even if you are just leaving this in the same position, you got your one trusted cooler you're bringing all the time, it's still gonna do a great job of actually securing it and staying there when you need it for the next time. Now there are a variety of accessories available for your pioneer rack here at etrailer.com. Highly recommend giving a little and that way you can outfit your rack, for whatever situation you might be encountering. Otherwise though, I think that about does it for our look here today at the pioneer rack corner bracket system for your pioneer racks, here at etrailer.com. I'm Bobby. Thanks for watching..
