I have a Swagman Chinook bike rack. The yellow straps that ratchet down the bike tires are deteriorating from sun exposure. Is there a replacement I can purchase?

To replacement the wheel straps on your Swagman Chinook Bike Rack # S64683 you need the kit # SP494 which comes with the strap and everything needed to get it installed.
