Question:
Does sp494 include the trap, screw+nut and that little thing that used to press on a rim? Thanks.

The Replacement Wheel Strap for Swagman G10 and Quad 2+2 Bike Racks # SP494 will indeed include the strap, rim protector, nut, bolt, and an end cap for the bolt as well so no sharp edges are exposed. These will be all the pieces needed to completely replace a strap on your rack. I included a picture of the package contents as well.
