The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # DT65GR can tow a small boat trailer as long as the loaded trailer weight doesn't exceed 2,000lbs and the tongue weight doesn't exceed 300lbs.
The more important thing to look at is your vehicle's towing capacity, because sometimes the hitch is rated for more than the vehicle can tow. This hitch fits 2021-2023 Kia Seltos, so I assume you have this vehicle. I recommend checking your owner's manual to verify the towing capacity and maximum tongue weight rating. Some of my research shows that the Seltos should not be used for towing a trailer at all, so you will definitely want to confirm with the manual for your specific model year.
If you find that you cannot tow a trailer, let me know if you are transporting a small boat like a kayak or canoe and I will see what alternative options there are for you.
