Question:
How can I wire this Hopkins charger in with a 10amp battery and Dexters 1600psi Electric over Hydraulic disc brake actuator?

To wire in the Trailer Breakaway Kit Battery Charger # 20011 you'd run the black wire to the 12 volt accessory circuit of the trailer wiring, the red wire to the battery in the breakaway switch and the blue wire breakaway switch. The 12 volt accessory circuit is probably already ran to the trailer's battery but it's okay for it to also run to this battery charger as well by adding a splice to it.
