is this air bag kit compatible with the 2022 ford factory goose neck hitch? Also is it compatible with a 2021 f-250 fx4 with a ford factory goose neck hitch?

For your 2022 Ford F-250 Air Lift makes a LoadLifter 5000 kit that fits with the in-bed hitch with the part # AL57391 but the part number you mentioned does not fit. This will do a great job providing additional suspension support when you are towing your gooseneck trailer to prevent any suspension sag.
