Yep, they sure do; the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL23FJ are a fit for your 2022 Ford F-250 with the Ford factory puck system. You made a good choice here as these will be a nice upgrade to help level out your truck and improve its handling as you tow. The only other thing I recommend considering is a compressor to make inflating and maintaining the psi easier, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ.
