How To Know If Your 2020 Ford F-350 Has An OEM Prep Package And How To Connect A B&W Companion To It

Question:

How do I know if Mt f350 has the factory OEM package? I have the bandw in 5th wheel hitch and need to get the bottom hook up now.

If your 2020 Ford F-350 has the OEM prep package you'll see 4 "pucks" and a gooseneck hitch opening in the bed (pictured below). If it doesn't have pucks then you could install the Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # RP39FR in order to get pucks with the same spacing as Ford's OEM puck system.

*Note: The inner frame brackets should already be welded to the frame. If they are not on your vehicle, you need to order part # RP27FR, sold separately.*

The # RP39FR would require your B&W Companion to have the Ford OEM base # BWRVB3300 (20k) or # BWRVB3305 (25k) in order to mount the hitch. If you have the standard gooseneck style Companion then you could swap the base out to one of these to use this puck system or you could install the # BWGNRK1116, giving you B&W's Turnoverball gooseneck hitch.
