I need those for bandw hit do have them? My truck is a king Ranch f250 2022 But no have any inner oem plate welding on.

The Inner Frame Brackets for Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit item # RP27FR you were looking at go with the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP87FR. These are required to install the system if your truck didn't come with the inner rails from the factory. The Reese Elite fits your 2022 Ford F-250 and provides you with the same OEM puck system that comes from the factory on Ford trucks.
This set up will work great with both B&W Companion Hitches item # BWRVK3305 for a standard hitch and item # BWRVK3370 for a sliding hitch.
