Based on the dimensions of your Amana AMV6167BDS RV microwave (15-11/16" D x 16-15/16" T x 29-7/8" W) the Greystone Over the Range RV Microwave # 324-000135 is going to be the closest match. It has the same width of 29-7/8" wide but the depth and height are just a bit larger at 16-7/8" T x 18-3/16" D so you'll want to measure your cutout area to ensure that this will still work.
This microwave is almost an exact look as your Amana and has the same 950 output wattage that your Amana does so you wouldn't be downgrading in power. It has a removable metal shelf that gives you two levels of cooking space and a glass turntable to microwave food evenly.
