Are these going to work with my Overhaul HD Yakama racks? Will they be stable enough for my Vibe Shearwater 125?

I contacted Yakima and they were able to confirm that the Yakima Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs item # Y04083-04082 will fit bars with those dimensions.
