My lens shows the numbers PM 440 151 on one end and Dot AP2-94

The Peterson Replacement Lens, part # 55-15R, would be the correct lens you are looking for. The lens measures 2 inches by 2-3/4 inches. The distance between the mounting holes is 2-5/16 inches. The mounting screws are included. I have attached a photo with the dimensions shown.

Another note is this replacement lens fits Peterson Square Trailer Tail Lights (432200 and 432400). Screw holes are located beneath original tail light side marker lenses for use with this replacement lens on the Peterson Square Trailer Tail Lights.

My trailer lens Part# PM 440 151 DOT AP2 -94 does not have screw holes, it is snap in.DO you have these?

The Petersen Replacement Lens # 55-15R that Jeffrey mentioned above is actually the right replacement for you. The original lens is snapped into place at the factory, but when replacing it the two screw holes and hardware are used for mounting. When you pop out the current lens you will see the two entry points for the screws (they are hidden behind the original lens).
