The only difference between the Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW2000 and # BXW2003 systems is that the 2000 is for a standard trailer while the 2003 is for a trailer with an underslung coupler. So if you have a standard coupler use the kit 2000 but if you have an underslung coupler use the kit 2003.
I'm not sure which exact model trailer you have but most have standard couplers. If you send me a photo of your coupler I can tell you if it's a standard or underslung coupler.

Jon, I bought the BXW 2000 for a 14k trailer with an adjustable coupler on the trailer. To get any distribution of weight I have to raise the ball height over the 2” higher approximately 4”. My trailer frame is low and I have a 2022 F-350 6.7 tremor, so the truck is high and trailer low. I called Blue ox and they said to get the head for the underslung coupler and that will help. I can’t wrap my head around if the trailer is low at a level height and the truck is high how can changing the head make a difference?
