Set up am looking at 2022 Ram 3500 with BandW base rail kit and 5th wheel hitch with Reese Sidewinder. Would a Sidewinder work with Lippert 1621HD pin box? My New/used 5th wheel is open Range 374BHS rated at 12500 dry/15500 max This setup is rated for up to 16k max. Lippert 1621hd is rated at 18k Do I need a more heavy-duty setup or would I be fine with what I have?

For your 2022 Ram 3500, I recommend using the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs item # BWRVK3255. This hitch has an 18,000 lbs capacity and is compatible with B&W Rails item # BWRVK2605 and the Reese Sidewinder item # RP34FR. The hitch height is 16" - 19".
The Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret item # RP34FR you referenced is compatible with your Lippert 1621HD pin box.
