The mega cab versions of the 2019 Ram 3500 have a 6-1/2 foot bed so if you were to use the Reese Goose Box part # RP94720 you'd need to make sure the trailer you install it on as a tapered nose which would allow better turning clearances. It's definitely possible but if the trailer has a standard width nose without any taper you'd most likely have cab/trailer nose interference in tight turns. If you send me the info on the trailer you are considering though I can check it out and give you a more exact answer hopefully.

Thanks Jameson My trailer is a Grand Design Reflection 311BHS Im looking for the best setup for my 5th wheel/Truck and be able to turn tight.

So I checked out your Grand Design Reflection 311BHS and it has the Max Turn Radius nose which is a tapered design to allow for short bed truck turning clearance. So what that means is that if you went with a Reese Goose Box you'd have the turning clearance needed. Also I was able to confirm the fit of the Goose Box part # RP85FR as well since your camper came with a Lippert 1621 pin box and this Goose Box is designed to fit that style!

Definitely the Goose Box as it's only adapter solution out there that won't void the trailer frames warranty. Plus it's cushioned and very easy to use!
