-Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350, you will need to try and hold either the two arrows for the temperature, or the speed as it can be either or.

You'll want to hold the buttons about 12" away from the fan, and wait until the lights flash in sync. When the lights start to flash, the remote is paired.
