Question:

I have a 2012 Tiff-in Open Road 32CA with a step motor that shows Part #904109000 - 41 Series Step. I need to possibly order this and the motor that fits. I will be taking it off this weekend,and am not sure whether I just need the motor or the whole gear housing yet. I need the numbers so I can call you or order online on Monday. Thanks for any info!!

Hey Scott, we have a 2011 tiffin open road and are having the same issue with our steps. We're not sure which one of the parts however we need. But the noise is very loud! Probably would make sense just to get all the parts. Thank God that label was on our coach next to those parts. And thank God that we discovered you!
