The best shocks for your 2020 Jayco Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS 5th Wheel are going to be the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers item # RM-2460. This system has nitrogen-charged shock absorbers that help to eliminate trailer bouncing, chucking, and proposing. This system fits 3" diameter 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs axles. You should verify your axle diameter before purchasing.

The Lippert Heavy-Duty Replacement Shock item # LC283280 you were looking at will only fit your 5th wheel if it has the factory shock prep.

For a single shock use #LC283280. The larger part of the shock has an outer diameter of 2 inches. The smaller part has an outer diameter of 1-5/8 inches. I used digital calipers to measure and it was right on the money; 2.00 inches and 1.625 inches.
