Recommended Load Assist For Loading Heavy Kayak Onto etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier 2017 Mazda CX-5

Question:

Hi - I have a 2017 Mazda CX-5 with factory crossbars. I want to carry 2 kayaks. My wife cant lift her kayak so I want to see if I the Malone Seawing Carrier with load assist and the J style #e98878 will fit on my cross bars. The cross bars are 32 inches wide and they are 24 inches bewteen. Thanks for your help.

I recommend looking at the Telos XL Load Assist # MPG351XL for help loading your Kayaks onto the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878. You will need the Universal Roof Rack Adapter Kit # MAL95VR to use the load assist. This will allow you to more easily raise and lower your kayak on and off your 2017 Mazda CX-5.

The Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier and Load Assist # MPG113MD are designed to be used together and I do not feel that you will have enough room for the 2nd kayak.
