Recommended Exterior Ladder For A 2016 Heartland Bighorn 3870FB 5th Wheel Trailer

Question:
I own a 2016 BigHorn 3870FB and I backed into a tree and pretty much destroyed the ladder. Is this something that I need to contact Heartland about or is something you could provide. Thanks,

If you want the OEM ladder you'll need to contact the manufacturer, since we only carry universal ladders.
If they can't get you one or the wait is too long then you can install a universal ladder like the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder w/ Hinges # LA-401BA. I've attached a video below where I'll walk you through the installation process.
