Do you carry a wiring adaptor for this that would fit my 2013 Audi Q7 with the factory tow package installed?

Our contacts at Tekonsha said that you would apply that tech bulletin, linked for reference, when installing a brake controller such as the P3 # 90885 on your 2013 Audi Q7. The parts needed from Audi may have different numbers than indicated in the help article though.
