I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, # DT22MR. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver so it will provide plenty of weight rating for a wide range of accessories. This is a simple bolt-on installation with complete hardware kit included.
For a bike rack, I suggest the RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack, # RKY10002. The weight capacity for this rack is up to 60 lbs. per bike so that will handle most e-bike options. The swing-away design allows you to access your rear cargo area without removing bikes from rack. The hinged arm at base swings the rack out and away from the rear of your vehicle.
