How to Choose Correct Replacement Solera Awning Support Arms

Question:
I have a 2019 Heartland Cyclone 4270. My awning support arm metal twisted while at work. What replacement do I need to repair this?

While we don't have a way of knowing what awning you have, I can tell you how to choose the right replacement support arms, so long as your awning is a Solera awning. To do so, all you have to do is measure the length of the wall mount, which will tell you the correct size for the arm assembly, and what we have is the following:
