How to Tell Lippert Solera Regal and Plain Awning Drive Heads Apart

How do I know if I have the regal design or not?

The Regal Drive Head # LC53TF is a little skinnier and doesn't have a logo while the Plain Drive Head # LC273478 is a little wider and has the LCI logo on it (see attached).

Is the interior motor and bracket identical in each?

@Ryan The motor won't be the same because you have to have matching plain or regal head units for both the drive and idler sides. You can replace one set with the other if you'd like, but if you still have a working idler head, then I recommend getting the drive head that matches it.
