Replacement Tail Lights For a 2021 Lance 2185 Travel Trailer

Question:

Looking for a replacement tail light for my 2021 Lance 2185. Specifications are as follows: 11 LED’s Length - 15 3/4” or 40 cm Width - 1 1/8” or 30 mm Space between screw holes - 14 1/2” or 37 cm Connection is offset from centre 6 5/8” from top and 7 3/4” from bottom Ideally trying not to have to drill any new holes.

The Optronics Streamline LED Trailer Tail Light # STL79RB is going to be the closest light we have to what was put on by Lance for your 2185 travel trailer. This light is 17" long, 1-3/8" wide and 1" tall. The mounting holes are spread 16-1/8" on center and like yours the wiring is offset. It is 8" from the top and 9" from the bottom to the wiring center.

As the lights are going to be different heights I recommend replacing both of them so they match and use Clear Silicone # FAS59FR to fill the holes from the old lights. The holes will be covered by the replacement lights as well.
