Hi Kerry; the 339894 is actually still an active part. The correct replacement motor is the Replacement Electric Motor Assembly for Lippert Coach RV Steps #LC63BX which is the same as the 339894.

The big difference is that the #HS381-8066 is for marine applications so that means it has stainless steel hardware and a marine grade gasket which allows it to stand up a lot better to corrosion than the #HBA-12.
