Replacement Trailer Coupler Solution for Atwood 61101 on Trailer

Question:

My Trailer has the Atwood Actuator and I want to rebuild it or replace it. What would be a good replacement for it?

The Atwood coupler you have has been discontinued for quite some time now which means there are no replacement parts available for it. Now would be the time to replace the coupler with something like the Titan part # DM72VR which we have found works really well and is very reliable. This is a drum brake actuator which based on the number you mentioned is the type you are in need of.
