If you have the factory tow package or just installed the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118288 on your 2021 Honda Ridgeline you will need to check the charge line fuse. According to page 564 of your owners manual I see there is a 20 amp fuse in engine compartment B fuse panel at location 11. If this fuse is damaged or missing that will explain why you do not have any power.
A Test Light # PTW2993 will allow you to verify that both sides of the fuse have power. In the event the fuse is good you can use the same test light to follow the charge line wire from the 7-way connector to the manufacturer connection looking for power. If you do not find power anywhere on the harness you will likely need to visit a service facility to make sure there is not a damaged wire on the harness.
In the event you find power on part of the harness you will need to go to the connectors and verify that the pin hasn't broke off or pushed out of the connector.
