I would be happy to help you verify those parts are compatible. Whether or not they fit on your 2013 Venture Tandem axle boat trailer depends on your spindle size. The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Hub/Rotor item # K2HR35D has a 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern and is rated for 3,500 lbs. It uses an inner bearing of # L68149 and an outer bearing # L44649. This works with the Bearing Kit for Trailer Brakes w/ 8" or 10" Hub/Rotor - EZ-Lube - 3,500 lbs item # DBRKHW35EZ. You will want to confirm the bearings currently on your trailer are the same size or these kits will not work. You will need one of these sets per axle.
The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs item # DM62VR and the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 18' item # 18SI-BLKIT will work together and with the Kodiak Disc brake kit. However, you have a tandem axle trailer so you will want to use the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 25' item # HS496-252. The kit you referenced is for a single axle. If you are only running brakes on one axle you will be ok with the single axle kit so long as your coupler is 18' or less from your axle.
