Question:
Timken SET4 L44649/L44610 , Timken SET13 - L68149 Bearing / L68110 Race. 1 - 3500lb axel. The hub has a number on it, UFP H-1377. Boat length is 18 ft. I think the bolt pattern is 5-4.5. Inside to inside of lugs is 2.193in. Outside to outside is 3.138. Trailer tongue is 3X3 with about 7.5 inches of available space if I cut off the current hitch. I could gain some more length but the hitch is welded on really well.

Hey Wendell! Thanks for getting back to me with all that information! I recommend the Kodiak Disc Brakes - 10" Hub/Rotor item # KOD67FR. These hubs have a corrosion-resistant Dacromet finish that stands up great in both freshwater or saltwater. The hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern and work with 13" and larger wheels.
For brake lines and fittings you'll want the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 18' item # 18SI-BLKIT.
The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs item # DM62VR, you were looking at would be the best option to add a disc brake actuator to your 3" square tongue. It has an electrical lockout as well so you don't have to get out to back up.
Just wanting to confirm for the brake line kit. Your 18' boat trailer only as a single axle right?
You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Reply to Jerred H.

Are all the connectors double flared? I would rather use steel lines cut to length.

Yes it is a single axel.
