Hi. I have a 2021 Hyundai Sonata and want a small hitch for 2 bikes. My dealer said there is none offered. I do see you offer one but say the heat shield needs to be removed. Have you installed a hitch on the 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid? If so what is the heat shield being removed? Thanks

We haven't had a chance to install the Draw-Tite Hitch # DT74MR on a 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid as of yet but the heat shield does need to be removed in order to gain access to the mounting holes for the hitch bolts.
If you don't already have a bike rack I recommend checking out the Kuat Beta # B202-114 which is a great, easy-to-use bike rack that weighs in at only 12.6 lbs and can fold up for simple storage.
