Yes it sure is; the noise level is 61 dB at 1/4 load at a distance of 23 feet for the 9,000 watt inverter generator with parallel kit, which is the following part number:
- Champion 9,000-Watt Dual Fuel Inverter Generators w/ Parallel Kit - 7,000 Running Watts # CH49FR
National parks have a max of 68 decibels at 50 feet from the source, and this will be much quieter than that.
